East meets west in this tale of puppetry, music and unexpected friendships
A collision on the school football pitch in Salzburg catapults Li Wei into Danny’s life and brings about a trip to China to stay with Li Wei’s grandfather. Like Danny’s parents who run a marionette opera theatre, Li Wei’s grandfather also likes puppets. But as he restores an old puppet theatre with his granddaughter Lin Lin, an unwelcome caller knocks at the door threatening its existence.
Will Danny, Li Wei and Lin Lin be able to save the theatre and the beautiful stories it creates?
